Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 10+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage complex items in your domain.

Responsibilities

• Leads technology and process implementations across departments to meet firmwide tech objectives.
• Directly manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus.
• Sets and scales multi-department strategy for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation; establishes guardrails for security and governance.
• Applies knowledge of tools in the SDLC toolchain to drive cross-domain reuse and capacity unlocks across teams.
• Provides leadership to teams while overseeing populations across platforms, divisions, and lines of business.
• Acts as primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives to drive consensus.
