JP Morgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director, Agentic Product Data Science in the Consumer & Community Banking Data & Analytics team. You will lead real-time analytics enablement, partner with AI/ML COEs, and drive scalable agentic product data science solutions across Chase and Wealth Management.

You will manage an 8+ person team, align stakeholders, and ensure governance and risk controls while delivering customer-centric innovations that enhance decisioning and insights at scale.

• Establishes and scales best practices for agentic systems, including safety, monitoring, and governance in real-time contexts.
• Accelerates speed-to-market by improving operating models and release governance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Presents findings and recommendations to senior leaders, translating technical concepts into business impact.
• Manages a diverse, high-performing team of 8+ members, with coaching and talent development.
