Chase is seeking a Product Director within Consumer & Community Banking to own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end product development of personal financial management features and agentic experiences—guiding customers toward smarter financial decisions at scale.

You will lead a team of product professionals and partner with design, engineering, data, and operations to bring transformative digital products to life.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applied product engineering experience.
• Experience leading product strategy for consumer-facing digital products at scale.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
• Experience with AI-powered or agentic product experiences.
• Strong communication and executive presence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for personal financial management features and agentic experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale.
• Translate insights into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
• Champion AI-powered experiences to surface personalized financial guidance for customers.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and operations to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Define and track KPIs and use data to improve performance and impact.
• Influence senior stakeholders through storytelling and prioritization frameworks.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing PM team.
• Navigate risks and dependencies in a complex organization.
