Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for leadership role.
• Experience in distribution/logistics management.
• Strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports on sales, volume, payroll, turnover, and budgets; report operational performance.
• Identify shift indicators and drive improvement plans via Productivity Improvement Plan.
• Guide shift management in internal analyses to find gaps.
• Review reports to plan changes to meet future needs.
• Partner with management to identify root causes from data and discussions.
• Identify trends and foster a change-ready work environment.
• Set and track shift performance goals.
• Review monthly budgets and assist shift budget planning.
• Work with HR to address employee relations using company policies.
• Build a strong distribution center team by removing barriers.
• Develop a positive, participative image in the community.
• Hire, develop, and maintain productive supervisor team through training.
