The role requires at least 1 year of healthcare operations experience, familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Formación

• 1 year of work experience in clinical healthcare operations, performance/process improvement, project management or analysis.
• Lean, Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• RN licensure in Georgia required if candidate is an RN.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance improvement initiatives and support Piedmont's quality and safety priorities.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, senior administrators, and frontline staff to implement and monitor interventions.
• Provide timely project status updates and ensure targets are met.
