Qualifications

• 8+ years in people operations or HR leadership roles.
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to improve people operations.
• Strong operational background with scalable people infrastructure.
• Ability to design and scale programs with quality and consistency.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native operations across the People Team, redesigning workflows while preserving human elements.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance and evolve people processes as the business grows.
• Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards design and execution.
• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into scalable programs.
