Job summary

Nova Biomedical seeks a Director of Human Resources to align HR initiatives with business objectives across designated units. The role partners with senior leadership on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

The position leads a team of HR Business Partners, drives change management, reinforces HR policy application, and supports a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience as HR Business Partner or HR leadership role.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
• SHRM certification or similar HR credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior executives to develop HR strategies aligned to business goals.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce priorities and employee relations.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Coach and develop HR Business Partners; ensure policy consistency.
• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
