Job summary

USPack is seeking a Director of Human Resources to shape and execute the HR strategy across our organization. You will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning to support growth and seasonal demand.

The role requires a strategic thinker with senior HR leadership experience in multi-site environments, expertise in HRIS and data-driven decision making, and a commitment to building an inclusive, performance-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong strategic HR planning and hands-on execution.
• Experience managing HR across multi-site or geographically dispersed environments.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or SHRM SCP/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
• Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and reporting to support data-driven HR decisions.
• Partner with executives to design and execute long-term human capital strategy.
• Oversee HR audits, compliance, and risk mitigation in collaboration with legal teams.
• Direct end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles in logistics and warehousing.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and annual merit cycles with finance/ops.
