Job summary

Deepgram is seeking an Experienced People leader to own the people roadmap and manage People Ops and HRBP teams in a remote-first AI company. You will oversee performance, talent development, compliance, and employee experience while escalating complex ER issues.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in People/HR with HRBP leadership, strong judgment, and a track record of building high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
