KPMG LLP is seeking a Director, Private Equity IT M&A - Due Diligence and Value Creation to join our Strategy practice in New York. You will lead rapid IT due diligence for PE clients and develop value-creation roadmaps for portfolio companies.

Qualifications

Minimum eight years of technology leadership experience, preferably in PE-backed or high-growth tech firms.
MBA preferred; Bachelor's in IS/CS/Finance required.
Experience leading IT due diligence, value creation, and post-merger integration.
Proven ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate due diligence and delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume pipeline of IT due diligence projects for PE clients.
Develop and execute post-close technology value creation roadmaps.
Direct IT integration and carve-out initiatives from planning through execution.
Lead technology-driven go-to-market strategies for the PE sector.
Mentor junior staff and maintain professional integrity.
