Job summary

The Cigna Group in Georgia seeks a Director of PBM Product & Platform Engineering to lead a Software Engineering team building the New PBM Platform. You will translate roadmaps into engineering plans, ensure production readiness, and partner with product and platform teams to scale enterprise solutions.

You will guide architecture, performance, security, and regulatory compliance while developing talent and delivering measurable outcomes in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of progressive software engineering or technology experience with people-management.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale applications or platforms in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to deliver AI-assisted development lifecycle with quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Translate platform roadmap and product priorities into executable engineering plans.
• Lead design, development, integration, release, and production-readiness activities.
