You will shape the future state of Campaign Management, data architecture, and technology integrations across Marketing stakeholders and partners to enable growth and risk mitigation. Collaboration with IT, Legal, Finance and Business Development is essential for scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing strategy or business development, preferably with consumer facing financial products.
• Experience designing and deploying Marketing Campaign Management processes and technologies, including B2B and/or B2C (with B2C preferred).
• Exposure to scalable Marketing Technology ecosystems to support WPC Marketing evolution.
• Ability to design and drive the technology roadmap with rigorous sprint planning and clear communication.
• Experience establishing internally used application visions and pragmatic roadmaps for complex leader landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Up-leveling critical capabilities that drive business results and customer experience, focused on WPC Marketing Campaign Management; design future state and deploy related technology.
• Collaborate on designing the future state of Marketing Process Technology, including data architecture, platform integrations, security and risk mitigation.
