Job summary

DailyPay, a leading worktech company headquartered in New York, seeks a Director of Partnerships to lead strategic BD with fintech partners across acquiring, issuing and multi‑rail infrastructure. You will manage senior relationships, shape pricing models, and collaborate with product and operations to expand DailyPay's EWA, card perks marketplace and ecosystem footprint.

You will bring 10+ years in strategy or consulting with 5+ years in fintech/payments, plus proven cross‑functional leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, strategy, or growth roles across cross‑functional teams.
• 5+ years in financial technology, payments or marketplace contexts.
• Expertise in payment processing, card interchanges, or fintech partnerships.
• Proven track record leading senior stakeholder negotiations and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership strategy and drive revenue growth across EWA, debit and perks marketplaces.
• Manage high‑value relationships with banks, lenders and ecosystem partners.
• Innovate pricing structures and frameworks to scale impact and differentiation.
• Collaborate with product, operations, analytics and vertical teams to align goals.
• Use data to inform strategy, optimize performance and spot trends.
• Represent DailyPay at global fintech events and advocate innovative solutions.
• Identify gaps and drive new capabilities tailored to DailyPay customers.
