Job summary

Order.co is seeking a Director of Product, Pay to own the product experience for payment, invoicing, and reconciliation workflows. You will lead strategy, discovery, and delivery with Engineering and Design, partnering with Finance and Payments to shape a scalable Pay platform.

You will be measured on reliability, speed to market, and cost-to-serve, while building a high-performing product team in a fast-paced, hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial product-management experience in payments or fintech.
• Experience leading product managers or readiness for leadership.
• Proven improvement in product reliability, time-to-market or cost.
• Experience with partner-dependent products.
• Knowledge of payment flows, card controls, reconciliation, and audit.

Responsibilities

• Define Pay product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead discovery, definition, delivery for Pay, with Engineering and Design.
• Ensure Pay products are reliable and faster to market.
• Collaborate across Payments, Finance, Risk, and Operations to deliver outcomes.
