The ideal candidate has strong leadership, people-management experience, and deep knowledge of Swift messaging and payment networks (Fedwire, CHIPS). You will drive process improvements and report monthly metrics to management.

Qualifications

• Previous people management experience is essential.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of Swift payment messaging (MT103, 202, etc).
• Knowledge of Fedwire, SWIFT, CHIPS and payment investigations.
• Ability to resolve complex investigations and communicate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day investigations operations and ensure policies and controls are followed.
• Analyze workflows to drive process improvements and automation.
• Coach and develop staff; manage performance.
• Collaborate across regions to share duties and avoid single points of failure.
• Hire and build a new fraud monitoring team and establish processes.
• Prepare for industry changes in payment infrastructure (ISO formats).
• Develop monthly metrics for management reporting.
• Lead projects to improve department performance.
