Job summary

You will build relationships with payers, PBMs, and IDNs, develop account plans, collaborate with Medical Affairs and Patient Services, and ensure compliant, high‑impact market access strategies across fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years focused account management in oncology access.
• Demonstrated success engaging with US payers, MACs, PBMs, and IDNs.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare payer/access landscape and regulatory environment.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Travel: Ability to travel to support business priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish, broaden, and deepen relationships with payers and key decision makers.
• Influence coverage and reimbursement policies to support our drug candidates and products.
• Implement brand access strategies and develop account-specific plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to communicate drug candidates to payers.
• Support patient services to resolve coverage issues and assist patient journey.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align on access strategies and pricing.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare
