Job summary

Breast and GYN Health Project in Eureka, CA seeks an in-person, full-time Client Services Director to lead and oversee all client service programs. You will manage a small high-acuity caseload, supervise staff and volunteers, and build partnerships with the medical community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience, including with volunteers.
• Deep understanding of cancer and its emotional impact.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• In-person, full-time role in Eureka, CA.
• Ability to run effective meetings and manage multiple projects as a collaborative leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee all client service programs.
• Manage your own small high-acuity caseload and allocate resources.
• Manage projects and create systems for effective communication and resource sharing.
• Provide direct services such as support groups, intake interviews, and follow-ups.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Build partnerships with the medical community and enhance referral systems.
• Provide leadership for client services operations, finances, and HR.
• Ensure timely data collection for client services.
• Participate in educational outreach and health fairs.
• Public speaking, with Spanish bilingual preferred.
