Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, Business or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead mastectomy fitters and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and high patient care standards.
• Oversee training, accreditation, and continuing education; ensure CFm designation within 6 months.
• Oversee patient intake, scheduling, charting, product dispensing, and program revenue and inventory targets.
