Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Nonprofit Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five years in social services with supervisory or program leadership experience.
- Experience overseeing social services programs serving families facing financial, housing, or food challenges.
- Proficient in English and Spanish, strong cross-cultural communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for La Raza CRC’s social services programs.
- Supervise social services staff with clear expectations and accountability.
- Oversee program operations, staffing, and compliance with contracts and reporting.
- Identify operational gaps and develop practical improvements.
- Coordinate with other programs to ensure integrated service delivery.
