The Director of Client Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Eureka, CA, responsible for overseeing all aspects of client-facing programs and services. This position leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of support services, including one-to-one support, support groups, patient navigation, and education initiatives, ensuring they are responsive to client needs and aligned with the organization’s mission. The Director supervises and supports staff and volunteers, provides coaching and guidance, and promotes a collaborative, trauma-informed environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client intake processes, monitoring service quality and outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and using data to improve programs.
