Moximed is seeking a Director of Patient Access to oversee the Patient Access Program (PAP) operations, including Intake and Case Managers, KPIs, and payor strategy support. You will ensure flawless program execution and high-quality outcomes.

Lead enterprise-wide process improvements, manage budget and resources, and partner with field teams to optimize MISHA reimbursement coverage, while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• 8+ years of healthcare patient access experience in the medical device industry; domain experience preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within a Patient Access Program directly managing multiple Case Managers.
• Strong understanding of the commercial insurance landscape and CMS payor programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident speaking to groups and virtually.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with ASC and HOPD leaders and physician customers.
• Experience with fast-paced growth and cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal).
• Fluent in Salesforce; able to develop, program, and execute ad hoc reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
