Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10–14 years relevant experience, or 8–12 years with Master’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage program(s) within contracted budget across sites.
• Supervise program operation staff and day-to-day activities.
• Monitor program statistics and metrics.
• Lead client reports and deliverables; present to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting.
