Job summary

UBC is seeking a Director of Program Management for its Patient Access HUB Services. This remote, home-based role supports multiple HUB programs across the United States, guiding strategic planning, governance, and operations with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising the program team, monitoring metrics, leading client reporting, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction. Travel 30–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–14 years of related experience, or 8–12 years with a Master’s degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Experience in healthcare/pharma or pharmaceutical support is a plus
• Ability to lead multiple programs and manage budgets and staffing

Responsibilities

• Manage program(s) per scope of work and within contracted budget
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and supervise staff
• Monitor program statistics and metrics
• Lead the analysis and writing of client reports and deliverables
• Present program information to internal and external customers
• Coordinate with other departments to research and resolve client issues
• Mentor and develop other managers
• Participate in budgeting, planning, and policy development
• Travel 30–40% for meetings/conferences as required
• Support business growth and ensure client satisfaction
