Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred in pharma, biopharma, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, patient services, or hub environments.
• Knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, hubs, and patient support programs.
• Experience leading patient assistance, affordability, and/or free-goods programs.
• Experience with program launches, implementations, or major changes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of cross-brand patient access programs.
• Oversee patient assistance programs, PAP relationships, and vendor rules.
• Manage vendor relations, KPIs, service levels, and program reviews.
• Drive new programs and capabilities, including launches and RFPs.
• Develop patient affordability strategy across co-pay, foundation, and PAP.
• Establish program performance metrics and reporting with data teams.
• Monitor budgets and vendor spend; provide visibility to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, safety and quality standards.
