Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years in affordability program management or related field in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong understanding of patient affordability, access dynamics, and payer landscape in US.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Guide and enhance PAP program management, ensuring SOPs and rules reflect best practices.
• Ensure smooth PAP services for new product indications.
• Support Medicare AR planning and workflow with HUB vendor.
• Monitor Medicare/Medicaid policy changes and refine processes accordingly.
• Develop inventory management and product forecast for PAP programs.
• Manage patient case escalations and collaborate with Hub Vendor and brand PSS teams.
