Job summary

Arapahoe Community College seeks an Associate Director of Transfer Services & Pathways Advising to lead transfer enrollment, advising, and success initiatives. Qualifications

• Masters degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Student Development, Education, or related field OR an equivalent amount of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a relevant administrative/student affairs position, such as advising, in higher education.
• Supervisory experience in leading an advising team.
• Technical & computer skills to support assessment and continuous improvement of advising and retention initiatives, including EAB Navigate360 or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop a team of Academic Advisors.
• Strengthen transfer pathways through partnerships with universities, school districts, and community organizations.
• Oversee transfer advising initiatives, student support programming, and transfer-related events.
• Develop communication campaigns and resources to support student transfer planning.
• Analyze student success data to guide strategic planning and program improvement.
• Serve as a resource for complex student concerns and advising‑related issues.
• Promote student success through equity‑minded advising practices and services.
