Job summary

Engine is seeking a Partnerships Growth leader to own the growth strategy across Engine Travel, Engine X, Engine Groups, Omni, and Engine OBT. You will work with Partnerships and Sales to turn partner relationships into scalable growth.

You will build and lead a team, develop playbooks and enablement, and drive distribution with hotels, airlines, and TMC partners while expanding API adoption. A hybrid, office-or-remote setup supports your success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in partner growth, partnerships marketing, channel, or ecosystem roles in B2B, ideally across travel, fintech, or SaaS.
• A track record of turning partnerships into measurable business growth through revenue, customer acquisition, bookings, transaction volume, or spend.
• Experience with API, embedded, or platform distribution is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow channel and referral partnerships. Implement growth and marketing playbooks to attract, convert, and grow partners across Engine Travel, Engine X, Engine Groups.
• Drive Engine X distribution as a meaningful driver of card adoption and spend with partners.
• Drive adoption of Engine OBT with TMC partners and inbound demand for Omni API product.
• Grow and deepen supply partnerships with hotels, airlines, and car rental partners.
• Build the team and playbooks to scale the partnerships function.
