Job summary

North American Dental Sleep Management (NADSM) is seeking a Director of Partner Integration & Performance to lead the success of each partnership from LOI through Day 1 and beyond. You will partner with physicians, refine growth strategies, and own both the business performance and relationships across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in multi-site healthcare operations or related integration work.
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L across multiple locations or units.
• Experience leading post-acquisition integration from diligence through stabilization.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct reporting authority.
• Strong executive communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience with portfolio growth, EBITDA insights, and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-LOI diligence, identify risks and integration needs before close.
• Define Partner Work Plans with goals, timelines, owners, and metrics.
• Own financial and operational performance of the partner portfolio.
• Lead Partner Business Reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Build and lead partner-facing team; develop scalable processes and playbooks.
• Maintain executive relationships with physician owners and NADSM leadership.
