Rillet, a fast-growing ERP for finance teams, is seeking a Director of Partner Implementation to scale our partner ecosystem across ERP firms and consulting partners in the US. You will own the partner program, define the operating model, and supervise Partner Implementation Managers to deliver high-quality deployments.

Formación

• Proven track record building and running partner/ SI programs for ERP or finance software.
• Experience hiring, developing and leading managers, with a record of building high-performing teams.
• Strong relationships with accounting or consulting firm leadership; comfortable leading through influence.
• Hands-on implementation depth to judge quality and troubleshoot partner work.
• Builder’s instinct for scalable systems, playbooks, cadences and tools.
• Fast-moving style with sharp attention to detail and startup pace.
• Excellent organization to juggle multiple partners and priorities, with clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the partner implementation ecosystem, overseeing all partners and reviews with leadership.
• Hire, coach, and develop Partner Implementation Managers and grow the team as volume increases.
• Define Rillet-quality delivery metrics and run project health reviews.
• Own curriculum, readiness, and onboarding playbooks from kickoff to independence.
• Resolve platform, data, and configuration issues; improve documentation and tooling.
• Run weekly team reviews, monthly partner reviews, and quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Maintain scalable playbooks and tooling to enable growth without reliance on you in every room.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure partner and program success.
