Job summary

Rillet is seeking a Director of Partner Implementation to build and lead a team that enables ERP and consulting partners to deliver Rillet-quality implementations at scale. This role is remote in the United States and reports to the VP Solutions.

You will own partner relationships, hire and develop the team, define quality standards, certify partners, and drive scalable playbooks and processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Track record building and running partner/channel programs for ERP or finance software.
• Experience hiring and leading managers and high-performing teams.
• Ability to build relationships with accounting firm leadership and influence.
• Hands-on ability to judge quality and troubleshoot partner work.
• Ability to design scalable playbooks, cadences and tools.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with ERP systems and ASC 606 is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships and oversee implementations with partner leadership.
• Lead and scale the Partner Implementation team, hiring and coaching.
• Raise the quality bar by defining Rillet-quality delivery standards.
• Train and certify partners through a formal curriculum and onboarding.
• Resolve platform/configuration issues and improve docs and tooling.
• Build the operating rhythm with weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Maintain playbooks and tooling to scale the program.
• Collaborate across Rillet to ensure partner and team success.
