The Role at a Glance
The Director, Partner Experience develops strategies to engage, promote, and expand Brother Authorized Partners within the Commercial ecosystem. This role enhances the Partner Relationship Platform, making it a central, user-friendly hub for partners. It aims to amplify Brother’s market presence and drive sales across channels, collaborating with teams like Sales, Product Marketing, and Communications. The Director also evaluates and redesigns partner programs, shapes the future roadmap for partner platforms, and mentors the Partner Experience Team.

Key Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related.
Experience: 10+ years in channel marketing, multichannel strategies, and team leadership; 3+ years in office supplies, software, or consumer electronics industry (preferred).
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portals.
Other Skills: Creativity, time management, negotiation, communication, leadership, product launching, and social media campaigns.
Compensation & Schedule
This is a remote role with up to 50% travel. Salary ranges from $165,000 to $180,000, with benefits including healthcare, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more. Details at Brother Benefits.

About Where We Work
