The Role at a Glance

The Director, Partner Experience develops strategies to engage and expand Brother Authorized Partners within the Commercial ecosystem. This role enhances the Partner Relationship Platform, making it a central, user-friendly hub for resources, and plays a key role in increasing market presence and sales across channels. The Director works with various teams, oversees partner programs, and leads the Partner Experience Team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Channel Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with CXC and Product Marketing to align communications and assets with strategic goals.
  • Increase visibility of Brother for Business on partner platforms to drive awareness and sales.
  • Support partner-led demand generation through campaigns, events, and initiatives.
  • Create co-branded materials and content syndication to support marketing efforts.
  • Establish the Brother for Business Excellence Center to educate and certify channel partners.
Channel Programs and Platforms
  • Define the Brother Partner ecosystem, personas, and journey to foster adoption and loyalty.
  • Guide the Partner Experience Program manager to ensure optimal portal experiences.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Mentor and coach team members to meet marketing goals.
  • Support team development with updated tools and platforms.
  • Communicate effectively, motivate, and lead change initiatives.
Reporting And Other Duties
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist key customers and channels with QBRs and events in partnership with sales.
Key Experience & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience: 10+ years in channel marketing, multichannel responsibilities, and team leadership; 3+ years in office supplies, software, or consumer electronics industry (preferred).

Skills: Knowledge of PRM portals, creative thinking, time management, negotiation, communication, leadership, and social media campaign experience.

Compensation & Schedule

This is a remote role with up to 50% travel. Salary ranges from $165,000 to $180,000, with benefits including healthcare, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more. Details at Brother Benefits.
