Principal Financial Group is seeking a Senior Participant Experience Consultant to join our Participant Experience Consulting team. You will develop data-driven communication strategies to help participants make informed retirement decisions and partner with sponsors, advisors, and internal teams to implement engagement solutions.

You’ll translate insights into scalable education frameworks, deliver presentations, and influence stakeholders toward best-practice adoption while supporting plan

Competenze

• 6+ years of related work experience in retirement education, financial services, or client consulting.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of defined contribution plans is strongly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel is required (approximately 10-20%).
