Georgia-Pacific has an exciting opportunity for a talented Superintendent for Pulping and Bleaching at our Brunswick Cellulose facility. This leadership role involves overseeing operations in safety, environmental, and quality excellence, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of operations experience in Pulp and Paper manufacturing.
• Seven or more years of supervisory experience leading a team of direct reports.
• Experience with pulping processes including digesters, screens, and bleaching systems.

• Manage operations to achieve mill goals.
• Engage in safety participation and lead safety meetings.
