Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Director for Packaging Automation Growth to drive go-to-market strategy and solutions across the national footprint.

You will oversee a $50M group and three teams: Sales, Field Service, and Parts & Service, delivering revenue and margin growth while aligning suppliers and technology. You’ll lead competitiveness, tiered pricing, and installations, with a strong emphasis on analytics, governance, and a customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of senior-level experience in packaging automation or related field.
• Strong understanding of profitability levers, metrics, and industry regulations.
• Financial forecasting and profitability analysis experience.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the automation go-to-market strategy and offerings.
• Lead three business units: Packaging Automation Sales, Field Service, Parts & Service.
• Drive revenue growth and margin improvement for the $50M Packaging Automation Group.
• Oversee vendor alignment, product selection, and pricing for equipment automation.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and technical materials for awareness.
• Manage cross-functional resources to support sales processes and installations.
• Ensure payment compliance, service delivery, and post-sale performance.
