Shorr Packaging Corp. seeks a Director to lead the Packaging Automation Group, driving go-to-market strategy, solution offerings, and cross-functional execution across sales, service, and parts.

This role carries P&L responsibility for a $50M group and requires strategic oversight of three teams: Sales, Field Service Technicians, and Parts & Service. The position demands executive presence, strong financial acumen, and the ability to optimize revenue, margins, and customer experience across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of senior-level experience.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and travel 30%+.

Responsibilities

• Profitably grow revenue and margins through packaging automation solutions.
• Drive department processes to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Align PAG resources to support sales with technical expertise and pricing.
• Maintain manufacturer relationships to support field sales.
• Lead technology evaluations for emerging automation programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and materials.
• Develop training for technical staff and vendor relationships.
