Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a seasoned facilities leader to evaluate and optimize over 100 outpatient facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and maintenance excellence across our network.

You will mentor the Assistant Director and maintenance teams, drive proactive improvements, and manage budgets, leases, and vendor contracts to deliver reliable services throughout the system.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facility management.
• 5+ years in healthcare or construction PM.
• Knowledge of real estate management/leases/CAM reconciliation.
• Experience with operating and capital budgets.
• Strong leadership to ensure high quality services.
• Tenant relation expertise.
• Experience with service and maintenance contract negotiations.
• Contractor and vendor communication skills.

Experience Required

• 10+ years in facility management.
• 5+ years in healthcare or construction related project management.
• Knowledge of real estate management/leases/CAM reconciliation.
• Experience in developing and managing operating and capital budgets.
• Excellent leadership skills to ensure high quality services and maintenance.
• Strong tenant relation expertise.
• Experience with service and maintenance contract negotiations.
• Effective contractor and vendor communication skills.
• Experience in establishing site improvements, new construction, tenant fit-outs and coordination of meetings and preparation of plans.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with demonstrated continuing education in related areas, such as facilities management, project management and general business management.

License/Certification Requirements

Driver’s License Required

Special Requirements

Knowledge of Basic Healthcare Codes and Operations. CHFM preferred. Knowledge of TJC (The Joint Commission) requirements including NFPA preferred.
