Cooper Norcross Health in Voorhees Township, NJ seeks a Director Outpatient Properties to lead and oversee more than 100 outpatient facilities, ensuring compliance, safety, and maintenance across the network.

You will drive strategic real estate operations, leases, CAM reconciliation, and budget management while mentoring the Assistant Director and maintenance teams. The role requires strong leadership and a passion for hospital-affiliated ambulatory services.

Formación

• 10+ years in facility management.
• 5+ years in healthcare or construction project management.
• Knowledge of real estate management/leases/CAM reconciliation.
• Experience in developing and managing operating and capital budgets.
• Excellent leadership skills to ensure high quality services and maintenance.
• Strong tenant relation expertise.
• Experience with service and maintenance contract negotiations.
• Experience in establishing site improvements, new construction, tenant fit-outs and coordination of meetings and preparation of plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead evaluations of 100+ outpatient facilities for compliance, safety, and maintenance.
• Implement proactive strategies to identify and rectify potential issues, improving facility performance.
• Mentor and guide the Assistant Director, Assistant Project Manager, and maintenance teams.
