Moody's Analytics seeks a Director, Commercial Strategy – Outcome-Based Offerings to define how Banking designs, prices, and delivers outcome-based offerings for clients. You will shape which client workflows and outcomes are covered and determine the pricing value in collaboration with pricing standards.

Design the commercial model for delivery, including contract structures and service levels, and map capabilities required for scale.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required
• MBA or equivalent preferred
• Experience in banking/financial services with AI initiatives a plus

Aufgaben

• Define outcome-based offering strategy for Banking, including target workflows and outcomes
• Establish value horizons for pricing in labor, cycle time, and quality
• Design commercial model: contracts, SLAs, quality, attribution, and governance
• Map capabilities needed to deliver outcomes at scale: data, models, execution, controls
• Build consensus across Data Estate, Central Product Strategy, Banking, and Advisory teams
• Lead first client engagements with Product and Customer Engagement to measure success and standardize model
