Qualifications

• 9–10 years of relevant business and management experience.
• 10+ years of either commercial or Navy nuclear experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with emphasis on issue identification, structuring, and creativity.
• Strong quantitative skills and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to the above skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve personnel and plant performance to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Oversight of the Performance Improvement department.
• Oversight of the Emergency Planning staff and the Emergency Preparedness Program.
• Oversight of the DBES Security Organization.
