Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, Head of Clinical Development Learning & CoE to lead global capability development, organizational learning, and integration across therapeutic areas, driving modernization of medical monitoring and digital tools.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years as a Clinical Scientist with learning/development experience, and a track record in trial design, data review, and stakeholder management; hybrid work and travel ~25% are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a Clinical Scientist with learning/development experience.
• Strong background in clinical trial design, data review, and medical monitoring.
• Advanced degree (PhD/PharmD or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience or a master's with 12+ years, including pharma/clinical development.
• Coaching certification and curriculum design/leadership development preferred.
