Family & Child Empowerment Services (FACES) in San Francisco seeks a Senior Director to lead Youth, Adult, and Family Programs, shaping a two-generation service model across centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program experience in at least two areas: youth development, family engagement, education inclusion, and/or workforce development.
• 8+ years leading and managing program teams and supervisors.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership experience with diverse staff and communities.
• Ability to meet state, federal, local, and CDC standards (fingerprint clearance, TB, First Aid, CPR).
• Commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for all stakeholders.
• Ability to bring humor and joy to the mission while pursuing impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of youth, workforce, and family programs.
• Collaborate to implement a two-generation program model.
• Support inclusion and compliance with state requirements.
• Drive enrollment and effective communication with families.
• Design, implement, and learn from annual program evaluations.
• Oversee budgets and partnerships; guide strategic direction.
