Job summary

The Schultz Family Foundation is seeking a Senior Program Officer to identify and nurture opportunities for systemic change, focusing on young adults aged 16-24 from marginalized communities and improving transition and employment outcomes for junior-enlisted veterans.

Reporting to the chief strategy & program officer, the SPO will collaborate with the program team to plan grantmaking, address structural inequities, and invest in diverse entrepreneurs to build a more inclusive economy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture opportunities for systemic change within communities and execute programming efforts aligned with the Foundation's content areas.
• Support young adults aged 16-24 from marginalized communities as they transition into adulthood and improve transition and employment outcomes for junior-enlisted veterans.
• Invest in diverse entrepreneurs to forge a more inclusive economy.
