Job summary

Family & Child Empowerment Services (FACES) seeks a Senior Director of Youth, Adults and Family Programs in San Francisco to lead multi-generation programs across youth, workforce, and family services. You will collaborate with program leaders to design, implement, and evaluate programs that serve 90+ school-age children, 400+ adults, and 500+ families annually.

You will supervise senior program staff, align staffing with COO, and drive equity-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program experience in youth development, family engagement, education inclusion, or workforce development.
• 8+ years developing programs and managing program teams, including supervisors.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership and supervisory experience with diverse staff and communities.
• Ability to meet state, federal, local, and CDC standards (fingerprint clearance, TB test, First Aid, CPR).
• A deep commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in program practices.
• A sense of humor and dedication to the mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of out-of-school time programs for 90+ children and workforce programs for 400+ adults.
• Supervise and coach Directors and managers; coordinate staffing with People Operations and COO.
• Ensure inclusive services and compliance with state requirements for meeting needs of diverse participants.
• Oversee enrollment communications and partnership with enrollment and compliance teams.
• Design, implement, and evaluate annual program performance with Evaluation Manager.
• Maintain program budgets jointly with finance and COO; pursue partnerships and funding.
