Job summary

Vixxo seeks a Director, Operations to lead a multi-site portfolio from our Bloomfield, CT office. You will oversee strategic operations, drive performance, financial stewardship, and team development in alignment with Vixxo standards.

The role requires building and guiding high-performing teams, delivering process improvements, and ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs and budgets. You will present insights to senior leadership, manage large portfolios, and champion operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8–10 years of facility management experience.
• ≥3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of process improvement and operational transformation.
• Experience overseeing large, multi-facility portfolios with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for daily facility operations and ensure services meet company policies and ownership goals.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives across the business unit.
• Build and lead high-performing operations teams across multiple functions.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage service delivery performance within SLA and budget requirements.
• Create executive dashboards and regular performance reports.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
