Vixxo is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee strategic direction and operational management for a multi-facility unit in CT. You will lead diverse teams, drive process improvements, and ensure SLA adherence while maintaining financial stewardship.

You will build executive dashboards, present to senior leadership, and foster a culture of operational excellence. A strong background in facilities management and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 8–10 years facility management experience with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of process improvement and operational transformation.
• Experience overseeing large teams and complex portfolios across facilities and clients.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated success in project management and change leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership in human resource management, staff development, and performance oversight.
• Experience managing critical environments and CMMS/Work Order systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for daily facility operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across the business unit.
• Build and lead high-performing operations teams across multiple functions.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLA requirements and budget guidelines.
• Develop executive dashboards and regular performance reports.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and budgets.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and tenants.
• Champion innovation and best practices in operations.
• Direct staffing activities including hiring, training, and evaluations.
