Job summary

Merck is seeking a commercially oriented leader to design and govern the end-to-end Intismeran treatment journey, aligning sites, labs, and partners within a scalable operating model. You will own cross-functional workflows, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enable efficient delivery of complex therapies.

The role requires at least 5 years in pharma/healthcare operations, strong program management, and the ability to influence matrixed teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare with experience in commercial operations or treatment site operations.
• Proven ability to design and optimize cross-functional operating models for seamless customer and site experiences.
• Experience creating process architectures, governance, escalation paths, and controls in complex environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end treatment journey process architecture, workflows, and governance structures.
• Serve as the commercial owner for treatment journey workflows and operational requirements.
• Drive cross-functional process integration across treatment sites, labs, sequencing providers, manufacturers, logistics, and partners.
• Establish governance, escalation, and issue-resolution processes across the operating ecosystem.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize orchestration platforms, business rules, reporting, and user experiences.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency and completion.
