Job summary

Merck & Co. seeks a Director of Individualized Therapy Operations to lead the end-to-end operational ecosystem for the Intismeran therapy. You will coordinate manufacturing, logistics, analytics, and partner networks to enable launch readiness and scalable patient care, reporting to U.S.

Oncology Marketing leadership. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, governance development, and the ability to translate strategy into operational capabilities for complex biotech therapies,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years in biotech/pharma, with leadership in complex therapy operations or strategy.
• Experience designing operating models requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as US commercial owner of the end-to-end operational ecosystem for Intismeran.
• Define and lead end-to-end operational strategy and governance for launch readiness and scalability.
• Oversee orchestration across sample/tissue ops, logistics, manufacturing demand planning, and customer support.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, Market Access, and partners.
• Provide strategic leadership of the Treatment Site Operations Coordination capability.
• Establish and oversee KPIs, dashboards, and capacity planning processes.
