Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Director, Treatment Site Operations Coordinator Lead to build and lead a centralized coordination function supporting the Intismeran treatment journey. You will coordinate patient cases, manage workflows, and ensure timely progression across milestones, partnering with TSLs, sites, and manufacturers.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication to navigate a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related industries with treatment/site operations experience.
• Experience leading customer-facing operations and hub services with strong customer experience focus.
• Demonstrated ability coordinating activities across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the TSOC organization, defining structure, expectations, and capabilities for launch readiness.
• Lead centralized operational coordination across the treatment journey with cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee centralized case management, escalation handling, and timely issue resolution.
• Establish and manage escalation processes to protect patient experience and treatment timelines.
• Drive visibility, updates, and stakeholder communication across the ecosystem.
