Oncology business seeks a commercial lead to design, govern, and optimize the end-to-end Intismeran treatment journey, coordinating across sites, pathology labs, sequencing providers, manufacturing partners, distributors, and alliance stakeholders. Reporting to the Director, Individualized Therapy Operations, you will drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement to ensure scalable, reliable operations and successful therapy delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare operations.
• Experience designing and optimizing cross-functional operating models.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and improve end-to-end treatment journey processes across sites and partners.
• Serve as commercial owner translating business needs into scalable process designs and implementations.
• Drive integration across sites, labs, sequencing providers, manufacturing partners, distributors, and internal teams.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, and issue resolution for vendor, manufacturing, logistics, and site issues.
• Collaborate with IT to evolve orchestration platform capabilities and reporting.
